Metro Atlanta Market Stats: December

The holidays are over and the December Market Stats are in. There were 5,707 homes sold with an average sales price of $422,743. There were 16,046 homes for sale and 5,606 of those were new listings. Listings stayed on the market for an average of 24 days. With that being said, interest rates are declining so now is a great time to buy or sell a home.
