The September 2022 market data is HERE!! It is still a "Seller's Market" with 5,180 homes sold at an average sales price of $479,592. Listings are staying on the market longer about 25 days, and 7,515 new listings were added to the market. There is currently about 2 months of inventory available with 12,808 homes on the market.

What does all of this mean?

Simply that it is a modest sellers market and if you are considering selling your home, be sure to go with a qualified agent that will price your home correctly.
