Metro Atlanta Market Stats: October

There is so much happening right now that I almost forgot to give y'all the market stats October 2022. Calling all BUYER's baby because the market has shifted in your favor. The average sales price is $437,034. As with last months stats, homes are staying on the market longer, an average of 29 days per listing. There were 6,537 homes sold and 9,352 new listings. Current inventory has increased with over 2 months of inventory available and 19,493 homes for sale.

What does all of this mean?

This market is good for both buyers and sellers. Buyers are still buying which is a pro for Sellers and buyers can expect less competition and even request seller paid closing costs again.
